Oriana Poindexter is a photographic artist and marine scientist whose studio practice utilizes alternative photographic processes in dialogue with the ocean.

Her current museum exhibit, The Blue Forest, brings together sound with cyanotype on textile and paper in a site-responsive installation at the Catalina Museum for Art & History.
