On land, she is interested in spaces where humans attempt to flip the ocean inside out. Fish markets and natural history collections are both places in which people attempt to categorize, label, and place value on the biodiversity of the oceans.
Through her research and photographs, she attempts to shine light in the dusty corners of marine collections, and to work for improved transparency in the seafood system.
